In the wake of the controversy created by the alleged remark of Samajwadi Party leader and actor Jaya Bachchan, Amitabh Bachan has said that none of what Jaya said had any malice and that it was unintentional.He said that if the Bachchans were guilty of any crime, they were ready to face any punishment.Reacting to the attacks by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray, Bachchan said, "Raj Thackeray is my friend and I respect him."He has further said that he had said whatever he had to say and beyond that, it is a law and order problem.Bachchan has said that the government is investigating the matter.Talking about the cancellation of premiere of Bachchan's new film. The Last Lear, Arindam Chowdhury, the producer of the film, has said that the film is on schedule and it will release on Friday.
